Tuesdays 7.30-8.40pm and Thursdays 8-9pm
Tuesday evening Vinyasa Flow yoga classes begin with calming breath work before moving through a mindful flowing sequence of yoga poses and ending in a snug, cosy relaxation.
Thursday evenings are for chilling out! Calming breath work is followed by a more relaxed yoga practice. All to prepare you for a tranquil Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation).
Lots of options given which makes the class accessible for both complete beginners and experienced yogis alike.
For online classes in the comfort of your own home, you’ll need: a yoga mat, a quiet space (good luck!), a warm blanket and cushion so you can really enjoy the relaxation.

This will take you into my Smoothbook system. Just “choose” the class you want, then enter your name, email and a password.
Once you’ve registered you’ll get an automatic email with instructions for the online class.
Class prices are £4.25 for a single classes, £16 for a flexible 4 class pass (can use at both classes). Longer pass options available on the booking site too. There’s also an option for free yoga for anyone experiencing financial troubles during the Covid crisis.
