Looking for online yoga?
NEW Classes currently running online at same times as my previous “real life classes” in Clarkston. Tuesdays 7.30-8.30pm and Wednesdays 11am-12pm
My yoga classes begin with calming breath work before moving through a mindful flowing sequence of yoga poses and ending in a snug, cosy relaxation. Lots of options given which makes the class accessible for both complete beginners and experienced yogis alike.
For online classes in the comfort of your own home, you’ll need: a yoga mat, a quiet space (good luck!), a warm blanket and cushion so you can really enjoy the relaxation.
On Tues 24th March 2020 at 7.30pm and Wednesday 25th March at 11am, I will be trialling my new online classes. Thus, these 2 classes will be offered for FREE in exchange for your patience and feedback.

This will take you into my Smoothbook system. Just “choose” the class you want, then enter your name, email and a password.
Once you’ve registered you’ll get an automatic email with the Zoom link and the 6 number password to use on your chosen day. This will be activate just before the time of the class. You may need to check your spam mail.
