Classes in Glasgow Southside, run by 350hr Yoga Alliance certified Yoga teacher Mari. Practising and studying yoga for over 25 years, Mari is trained to teach Vinyasa Flow, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Menopause Yoga, Ayurvedic Yoga & Yoga Nidra.

Offers Yoga &/or Nutrition Sessions, both privately and in the Workplace, for Mental Health, Peri/menopause and overall Health, across West of Scotland including Glasgow, Clyde & Lanarkshire areas.
