Workplace Wellbeing

Mari Ward, Registered Dietitian & Yoga Alliance Teacher delivers sessions aimed to support staff who are experiencing issues around variety of areas including mental health, peri/menopause, or those just looking to improve their overall health and wellbeing. Mari offers staff both nutritional advice and easy tips for your everyday routine, that can hugely benefit mental, to make staff feel more in control again. As well as improving mental health, these changes can also positively impact on overall wellbeing, such as gut health, sleep, concentration, energy and heart health.

Mari is also trained to teach Vinyasa Flow, Yin, Restorative, Menopause and Ayurvedic Yoga, as well as Yoga Nidra relaxation, and draws from all these styles to create classes unique to each Workplace.

Format of sessions

Nutritional Education

1 hour session offering nutritional advice and easy tips for improving everyday routine

Yoga sessions

4 one hour yoga classes designed to help staff to relax, recharge and lift the stresses of the working week. Classes begin with calming breath work before moving through a mindful flowing sequence of yoga poses and ending in a snug, cosy relaxation. Classes can be tailored to staff needs including beginners/experienced yoga sessions, Yoga to ease menopausal symptoms or Yoga for Mental Health.

Lots of options given which makes the classes accessible for both complete beginners and experienced yogis alike.

Sessions can be organised and tailored for private groups of friends or for companies/organisations to promote Wellbeing in the workplace. Can be delivered as one off session focused on a specific topic or as a series of one hour sessions over a few weeks.
