I left feeling relaxed, informed, refreshed and not alone as we explore our own peri /menopause passage. I used to think that yoga was not for me - I couldn’t even touch my toes, and any time I tried to do yoga, I found it impossible. However, I was amazed by how easy it was to follow Mari’s flows, with her adjustments to make poses easier when needed, whilst still getting all the same benefits. I feel fitter and stronger, but have also noticed that my immune system is stronger, I’m much more relaxed, and my digestion, which I’ve had to manage with medication, is vastly improved. And I can finally touch my toes!

Mari’s gentle approach and tailored poses have helped massively with my IBS symptoms. I have noticed a huge improvement in my bloating and my stress levels are much lower. I’m so happy that I have found a form of exercise that does not cause as flare up in my symptoms.
