Menopause mini retreats

These mini retreats provide a wee safe haven for women to escape, relax and recharge. Retreats address symptom groups such as Hot flushes & meno-rage; Anxiety, overwhelm & insomnia; Brain fog, low mood, constipation & lethargy; Joint & muscle aches, pains and stiffness. Starting with a discussion on dietary advice & lifestyle tips, before settling into some calming breath work, mindful yoga poses and a snug, cosy Yoga Nidra relaxation to ease symptoms. Lots of options given which makes the retreat accessible for both complete beginners and experienced yogis alike.

Mini retreats can be organised and tailored for private groups of friends or for companies/organisations to promote Menopause wellbeing in the workplace. Can be delivered as one off session focused on a specific topic or as a series of one hour sessions over a few weeks.
