Come join Mari Ward, Registered Dietitian & Menopause Yoga Teacher, offering Introductory Yoga Courses, Nutrition workshops and Yoga mini- retreats:

Menopause Nutrition & yoga Workshops

This 3-hour Menopause Workshop offers guidance and support to women during their hormonal journey, anywhere from perimenopause through to post menopause. It aims to introduce you to the many positive ways you can start to take back control through Yoga & Nutrition.

The morning will provide a safe and supportive space for education and discussion plus the opportunity to connect with other women and to either just listen or share experiences and advice. Please note: Spaces are limited to 8 for this workshop

The Live Workshop will consist of:
· Women’s tea circle for the Welcome to Menopause and to each other
(Teas, infusions & snacks provided if you wish – purely optional)
· Menopause focused Nutrition session
· Mini Menopause Yoga introductory session – With stress relieving breathwork, gentle yoga poses & Yoga Nidra relaxation.
· Journaling and questions (notebook & pencil provided)

4 WEEK course - INTRODUCTion to Menopause yoga

Want to try yoga to ease your menopause symptoms? If you have never tried yoga before or want to build confident in your practice, come try this 4 week Menopause yoga course. Using meditation, mindfulness, breathing practices, gentle yoga poses and a wee relaxation to address symptoms such as hot flushes, meno-rage, anxiety, overwhelm, insomnia, brain fog, joint issues & low mood.

Next 4 week Course: Sundays 2nd-23rd June 2024, 3.30-4.45pm at Flex and Flow studio, Hairmyres. 10 Spaces will be available.

Monthly Menopause yoga mini retreats

These 2-hour evening mini retreats will provide a wee safe haven for women to escape, relax and recharge. One evening, each month, we will cover a different menopause topic and use calming breath work, mindful yoga poses and a snug, cosy Yoga Nidra relaxation to ease symptoms. Lots of options given which makes the retreat accessible for both complete beginners and experienced yogis alike.
